Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets or passes - all sales are final.

Exchanges can be made by contacting the box office no later than 12:00 pm the day of the event of your ticket purchase. Please call 208-582-8388 or email info@libertytheatrecompany.org for assistance.

General Policies
PWYF Season Passes do NOT guarantee a seat to every production in the season. Pass holders will have exclusive first access to ticket sales prior to general public sales. If a pass holder does not reserve their ticket before an event sells out, we cannot guarantee the pass holder will receive a seat.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Liberty Theatre Company). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
